Highlights & CD Release
At the end of March, I held my debut concert. My accompanist was Tammy Hall, a magnificent pianist, who indulged me with my classical choices and truly delighted the audience with a selection from her own blues compositions. The audience of about 30 people, comprised of friends from my Literacy Plus Council, and local City of Hayward leadership, and many friends who I have known through work and privately, sat in anticipation, enjoying the deep, masterful reverberations of the piano in that intimate gathering space at R. Kassman Pianos. I lost myself for a moment, then realized it was my own turn to step to the front of the room. I sang about 5 songs, including a very beautiful contemporary version of Ave Maria, not included on my album.. and a selection of songs on the album: Pure Imagination, the traditional Ave Maria, and a song by Handel, called "Ombra mai fu," which is a dedication to a tree.
I thought it would be fun to send to those of you, who were unable to attend, some photos (taken by photographer, Sandy Morris) from the concert:
I also wanted to remind all of you that my album is now complete!! I must thank my vocal coach, Lisa Ferraro, for her guidance to me throughout the creative process - Megasonic Sound Studio for sound and final mastery on the album - and Marcus Creel for his phenomenal graphic design work on the CD packaging.
Anyone who is interested in having an autographed copy, please email me (be sure to include your mailing address) at: paris@parisfaithwinter.com.

Very soon, the songs will be available for download through many of the popular distribution sites, such as iTunes, Amazon, etc. So stay tuned for the update on that!!
Wishing you all a phenomenal June, my birthday month!
